Hickory, N.C. (August 1, 2016) - Network Integrity Systems (NIS), a leader in network infrastructure cyber security, is pleased to announce that as part of the ongoing expansion of their sales and marketing organization, Mr. Joshua Gardner has accepted a position with the company in the dual roles of Product Line Manager (PLM) and Sales Engineer.
Mr. Gardner brings more than 14 years of experience in the electronic security systems market and a strong background in the area of optical fiber sensors. Gardner now joins NIS, the market and technical leader in network infrastructure cyber security and physical infrastructure protection solutions.
“In my role as PLM, I will lead NIS in the identification and development of innovative solutions to help customers protect their sensitive networks and critical infrastructure,” said Mr. Gardner. “As such, I am proud to join Network Integrity Systems and add my knowledge and experience to this world class team.“

Josh graduated from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power program, earned an AAS degree in Network Systems Administration, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business administration from Portland State University. Over the last three decades, Josh has worked in a wide variety of professional positions in the military, government, and private sectors, holding the positions of Applications Engineer, Product Line Manager, Director of Sales, and Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Gardner will continue to reside in and work from Portland, Oregon, which according to Mr. Kevin Frazier, NIS’ VP of Global Sales, “…extends my growing sales engineering team to the west coast enabling us to support our customers and partners more effectively.”
