Secure PON Solution Finalist for Igniting Innovation Award

The INTERCEPTOR was part of a Secure PON solution that was selected for the Network Modernization Project at Greely Hall on Ft. Huachuca, home of the US Army's NETCOM.  This deployment was the largest Secure PON installation ever installed and was comprised of products from NIS, Tellabs, CommScope and Cyber Secure IMS software.  NCI Information Systems was the integrator and submitted this project, which has now been chosen as a finalist, for the Igniting Innovation 2015 Award given by the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC).
On Feb. 5th between 11am and 6pm at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C., the top 30 finalists, chosen from over 100 solutions submitted, will provide "science fair" style demos.  The attendees at this event are able to view the nominated solutions and then vote onsite via a web application for the winner. If you are in the area, please stob by and vote for us!! Registration is free. Please click here for more details and to register online.
The ACT-IAC is the premier public-private partnership in the government IT community.  The top 30 finalists for the Igniting Innovation 2015 Showcase and Awards were selected from a diverse pool of over 100 solutions, tools, services, and programs developed by government and industry leaders to address some of the government's biggest IT challenges.
